Design
Design
is like assembling a puzzle that has several different ways to be put
together. The design task is very critical because of the investment of
time and money--both now and in the future. A new kitchen floor plan can
save you precious time, create the best traffic flow, and make the cook's
job easier if it is set up correctly. If not, it may come back to haunt
you in extra steps, time, and energy.
When you create a functional design, you first look at the layout of your
room. Are you happy with the traffic flow and the storage capacity? If
not, you may be looking into moving a wall or two. This will change your
layout and thus increase your options. Also, think about how this project
is going to affect future renovations in other areas of the home and vice
versa. This is why it is crucial that you hire a professional Kitchen
Designer, trained and experienced, to come up with a functional floor
plan that is a harmonious blend of your style and their design expertise.
