Ranges

Ranges come in four different styles--freestanding, slide-in, drop-in, and residential commercial-style. Fuel options consist of gas, electric, or a combination of both (duel fuel). Ranges vary in width from 27 to 60 inches. Ranges are available with one or multiple ovens. A newcomer on the market has two oven cavities in the same space as a standard (one-cavity) oven. Ranges in widths of 48 and 60 inches have two large ovens. There is a cast iron cooker that has four ovens (set at four different temperatures) that is always ready--the cooker stays on all the time.
