In addition to how the cabinet is constructed, you will want to look to see how the interior of the cabinetry is finished. Some of the choices can be either painted, sealed and varnished wood-veneer or melamine covered. Some manufacturers specify their cabinets only one way, while others give you a choice of interior finishes.
