Fabrication & Installation

No matter what material you choose for your countertop, the fabricator can't begin to make your countertop until your base cabinets have been securely installed. While materials can be pre-ordered according to your floor plan , the actual fabrication cannot begin until a template is made to your exact dimensions. The fabricator must also know size of your sink, faucets, cooktop, etc, in order to know how large to make the cut-outs for these items and appliances. It is normal for this process to take 4-6 weeks (on average) to complete--including installation. To save you from frustration, build this time into your construction schedule and know that it is going to happen.
