Convection Ovens

All convection ovens are electric. A fan that transfers heat by circulating the hot air assists heating elements at the top and bottom of the oven. True convection ovens have an additional heating element surrounding the fan, which provides noticeably better performance. The circulating hot air enables food to cook more quickly and evenly at a lower temperature and in less time. Cookies and other baked goods can be baked using up to 4 tiers at a time and will still brown uniformly. Most convection ovens use a combination of convection and radiant modes, which allows you the freedom to use one or the other. If you use the convection mode, it will reduce your electric usage by up to 50%.
